Isla Contadora — Playa Ejecutiva Description
Playa Ejecutiva is a smallish, pocket beach on Isla Contadora, but its pleasures are far out of proportion to its size. “With no riptides around the island, the waves are gentle and relaxing making it a perfect place for children to splash and play. The beach is also spectacular for stargazing — the Milky Way is easily discernible in the night sky.”
If you like secluded beaches with warm, clear, turquoise water and soft yet walkable, white sand, then you will like Playa Ejecutiva. The beach is clean, but sometimes the tide brings in flotsam and natural refuse like seaweed that collects at the far ends of the beach. Although small yachts sometimes dock just off the beach providing a party atmosphere, Contadora is not a heavily visited island so you will just as often have the beach practically to yourself.
Playa Ejecutiva offers beach lovers the best of both worlds: a secluded, natural, tropical white sand beach within 15 minutes (flight time) of a major city.
