The Step 2 Wagon is the Best Wagon For Kids
If you’re looking for a wagon for your kids, look no further than the Step 2 Wagon. A Step 2 wagon is like a full-size SUV for kids. And, you can get an optional trailer to haul all your gear around plus your children.
The Step 2 Wagon is what I’d call an all terrain wagon with seats on steroids! Yes, it has seats. Big ones. That fit 4 toddlers or 2 big kids. That must be why its official name is the Step 2 Wagon For Two Plus
When my two very active boys were toddlers — and “big boys” in the case of long outings — I used our Step 2 Wagon For Two Plus along with the optional Tag-Along Trailer for all our outdoor adventures. Heck, even when they were too old to ride in a wagon, I used it to haul our beach gear.
Take a look at the picture below. That’s me and my boys with the wagon and trailer setting up for a day at Ogunquit Beach. Plus, there’s more stuff out of the picture like an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. I hauled all of this, plus 2 kids, by myself over sand and it was easy. The reason it’s easy to roll over sand is because of the Step 2 Wagon’s large wheels. They roll easily over sand, gravel, and dirt. That’s why I like to call it an SUV for kids.
Step 2 Wagon Features
I believe this is the best wagon for kids because it’s…
- An all terrain wagon.
- A big wagon for kids that will grow with them.
- Got a door for easy entry and exit.
- A heavy duty wagon for kids.
- Well-built.
If all this isn’t enough to convince you, take a look at the wagon’s specs.
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a wagon for kids, whether a toddler wagon or all-around kid wagon, take a look at Step 2. A Step 2 wagon is like a full-size SUV — with an optional trailer – for kids. Not literally because it isn’t a car or motorized, but definitely functionally. When my two very active boys were toddlers, and even older in the case of long walks, I used our Step 2 Wagon and Step 2 Plus for almost all our outdoor adventures.
Why, you ask, would I use a wagon instead of a stroller? The answer is because of the Step 2 wagon’s large wheels. It rolls easily over sand, gravel, and dirt. It is literally an off-pavement kid transporter! Then when you add on the optional trailer, it carries up to 4 children and tons of gear. This literally saved me when it was just the kids and I going to the beach because there was no way I could have transported both of them plus all our beach stuff on our many long walks from parking lots to the beach.
If you like taking your children to the beach, or anywhere outdoors, I highly recommend the Step 2 wagon paired with the 2 Plus and Tag-Along Trailer. Or, as Step 2 would say, Step Up to Step 2!
To many joyful beach experiences!
