People like the beach. You’re probably here because you like the beach. Sandals Resorts is in business because people like beach vacations. And, the islands of the Caribbean have some of the best beaches in the world.
Jamaica beaches range from secluded pocket beaches to Negril’s gorgeous seven–mile stretch of powdery white sand.
St. Lucia beaches are all open to the public, even those fronted by expensive resorts. The beaches on the western side of St. Lucia front the Caribbean Sea. This is where you will find the best swimming and other water sports. The beaches on the eastern side of the island are wild but beautiful as they front the more turbulent waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Bahamas beaches invite visitors to explore with their clear turquoise waters and clean, soft sand. The Bahamas are also a world-renowned snorkel spot with its many vibrant coral reefs.
Antigua has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year. Antigua’s sand is so pure it casts a pinkish hue and the water is some of the clearest, aqua–blue water anywhere.
Grenada is home to both black sand and white sand beaches, and water so clear that coral reefs can be spotted from the air. Its beautiful landscape is a result of its volcanic origins.
Rocky cliffs and forests with exotic animals surround Barbados’ white sand beaches and sparkling seas.
Sandals Resorts has 15 all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Many people prefer all inclusive vacations because they find them more relaxing and the all inclusive nature of the destination makes it easier to budget overall expenses.
